Terms of Service
A. Artist and Scope of Work
I, the artist mushipori, will be creating a commissioned work of art for the you, the client.
I guarantee that the work will be my original work and free of plagiarism.
The client is encouraged to provide references, images of inspiration, other visual aid, and specific details about the commissioned work (details such as poses, artstyle, color scheme, canvas size, etc.).
If details and references are not provided, I will carry through with the direction of the artwork with my own freedom and interpretation.
I am allowed to refuse any commission.
I am allowed to cancel a commission at any time. If a commission is cancelled by my decision after the client has made the deposit, then the client will be refunded in full.
B. Compensation
The client will make a full payment for the commission upfront. I will not start the commission until the full deposit is made.

Chargebacks are not allowed. The deposit is nonrefundable once made unless the commission is cancelled by MY decision.

If the client chooses to terminate this agreement or the commission after already depositing the payment, the client will not be refunded.
C. Deadline
The client will choose to establish a deadline or not. If a deadline is not given by the client, I will decide on a deadline. This deadline will usually be five weeks from acceptance of payment.
Personal things may get in the way of finishing the commission on time. If this happens, I will contact the client about updates on the deadline.
D. Revisions and Alterations
The client will receive 3 check-ins from me with the progress of the commission.
The first check-in will be the sketch. The client will review the sketch and be allowed to give me 3 revisions*.
The second check-in will be the lineart and flats. The client will review the lineart and flats and be allowed to give me 3 minor revisions*.
The third check-in will be the final product. The client will review the final product and be allowed 3 minor revisions*.
I may allow more revisions, but I list out a limit of revisions to prevent too many revision requests. The client is not entitled to more than 3 revisions unless I allow it.
*1 revision counts as the client giving me feedback and then me showing the newly revised sketch based on the feedback
*A minor revision includes but is not limited to small color corrections, small additions such as symbols, etc. I will decide whether a revision is minor or not by my own discretion.
E. Delivery
My digital art commissions will be delivered through email in the following formats: .png, .psd, and .procreate.
The client may request other file types as well if desired (.jpeg, .pdf, .tiff).
F. Ownership Rights
The client will receive the rights to the commissioned work for personal use. I shall receive authorship credit when the commissioned work is displayed publicly, privately, or via the Internet.
For my usual rates, the client does not have the rights to the commissioned work for commercial use.
If the client would like to commission a work for commercial use, we will discuss pricing different from my usual rates.
G. Nonexculsivity
The client and I agree that our relationship will be nonexclusive. I will be able to produce artwork for commissions at my own sole discretion.
